Scheduling takes place through Cal.com, which receives the information requested to reserve a call and applies its own privacy policy. If you email directly, Vernako receives the information included in your email.

How the information is used

The information is used to review and respond to your inquiry, discuss requested services, and keep necessary business records. It is not sold.

Service providers and external links

This site is hosted on Netlify. Booking opens Cal.com, an external service covered by its own privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, or meet applicable obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hellovernako@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the website does not set advertising cookies or include third-party analytics scripts.

Security and changes

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect submitted information, but no online transmission is risk-free. Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Client intake

After contracting, you may submit business and contact information, project preferences, and links to authorized brand materials through the client intake form. Netlify Forms processes and stores these submissions for Vernako to organize and deliver the contracted services. Do not send passwords, payment card data, or personal identity documents through this form.
